Calculated Rollup Field not work

Sep 1, 2015 at 8:49 AM
Hi Experts,

I followed the documentation to create a workflow which trigger the recalculate plugin process when total amount of Order field changed.

The rollup field "AR Amount" I created in Campaign response entities is the sum "Total Amount" of order which related to Campaign response.

Therefore, I put "AR Amount(Campaign Response) to parameter FieldName then put "Record URL(Dynamic)(Campaign Response) to parameter Parent Record URL.

However, there is nothing changed on the rollup field even order's total amount is changed.

Anything wrong?

Regards,
Catherine

Hi chungpfcat,

you ran in the same problem like myself !

The solution was :

You did the right thing with "Record URL(Dynamic)(Campaign Response) to parameter Parent Record URL",
but into the FieldName fill the Field-Name of the Rollup-Field, for instance "new_aramount".
Don't use the dropdown-Tool for FieldName !

Good Luck,
Harald (not an expert..)

Hi HaraldM,

Yes, I figured out the probems due to my wrongly input the parameter.

Thanks,
