Adding an Attachment to an Email from a Work Order Entity

We are utilizing Field One Work Orders and would like to send a service recap report to a customer after the work order has been completed. Using the 2016 document merge functionality, we have created this service recap report, and now want to send it via an email to the customer. We are running into the issue of attaching the generated service recap document to the email in CRM and ran across this tool. However, we are unable to dynamically grab the email of the client it is meant to go to from the Work Order for the email property. Any suggestion on how we might achieve this functionality?

Hi klawitterd,
I think in the Work Order tnity you have the customer, and the contact as lookup fields..
You can use these lookups to fill the destination of the email.
